In Greene County district court cases were initiated during the week ending Aug. 1 as follows: Jeremy Wayne Alvis Beason, 27, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana; Brandon Joel Turner, 39, of Scranton, operating while intoxicated; and Alicia Anne Marie Arnajallum, 38, of Van Meter, assault on person in certain occupation, harassment- first degree, and interference with official acts- bodily injury.
Information is available since the return of arrest warrants that Devon Bradley King, 29, of Bagley is charged with unlawful manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to deliver not more than 5 grams of substance containing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine- third offense, and possession of marijuana. In a separate case he is charged with unlawful possession of prescription drug. He is charged in magistrate court with possession of drug paraphernalia. The warrants were issued in July 2022 and served July 30, 2025.
